New Delhi: February 5, 2019. (PCP) “Jammu and Kashmir is a state which acceded to the Union of India on October 26, 1947 along with other 575 state rulers, more than one-third of J&K was occupied illegally and violation of the Security Council Resolution in 1947 whereas Gilgit-Baltistan about 32,000 sq. miles of territory (nearly one-third of J&K) was illegally occupied in November, 1948 much after the Instrument of Accession was signed by the ruler of J&K.” Prof.Bhim Singh conveyed this message to the past famed cricketer Mr. Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

NPP Supremo cautioned Mr. Imran Khan about the misuse of political jorgan which were used by the past political leaders of Pakistan just to exploit the poor-innocent Kashmiries and politically blackmail the electorates in Pakistan.

Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the Prime Minister of Pakistan to have a brief look on the past history of J&K which comprised of the present J&K in India as well as entire territory of Gilgit and Baltistan plus the territories of Mirpur-Muzaffrabad which Pakistan calls as ‘Azad Kashmir’. That territory was not part of Kashmir but integral part of Jammu Pradesh having its languages as Pahari-Dogri-Gojri etc.

It was Pakistan which refused to over plebiscite, instead, supported the Anglo-American conspiracy to divide Kashmir and defy the resolution of the Security Council in 1951. Gilgit-Baltistan, Jammu Pradesh, Ladakh region and major portion of Kashmir Valley never supported Pakistan because the leadership of Kashmir headed by Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah since 1947 never supported Pakistan. Even majority of the population in Kashmir Valley itself does not support Pakistan. It was Pakistan who did not agree to implement the resolution of the Security Council to hold a plebiscite. Pakistan was interested only in part of Kashmir Valley on the inspiration of Anglo-American Bloc to create a safe zone for this Bloc to keep a check on rising China. This was the reason that China supported Pakistan to keep its illegal occupation of nearly 4500 sq. miles of territory in Gilgit region which China has been occupying since 1963 after signing a fraudulent agreement with Pakistan. Pakistan had no legal right to part any territory of J&K to a foreign country, China in 1963.

NPP Supremo accused Anglo-American Bloc with the help of China for creating military tension on the J&K borders by using Pakistan. This situation has to be understood by the managers of the United Nations. UN platform has been exploited and misused by the Anglo-American Bloc with the help and assistance of China. This is surprising that after Mr. Krishna Menon addressed the United Nations in 1956 exposing Pakistan and China at the platform of the United Nations, none could dare or even expose Anglo-American Bloc which was the champion of this international conspiracy against India vis-à-vis J&K.

Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the sportsman Prime Minister of Pakistan to study the historical background of J&K crises and understand that the people of J&K had acceded to the Union of India in 1947 like other 575 princely states. He said that the today’s leadership in India has failed to understand the international situation vis-à-vis J&K which has become part of the Indian territories according to the International Laws as well as the Constitution of India. NPP Supremo lamented at the attitude of the India’s leadership that the Indian leadership has failed to extend India’s Constitution with Fundamental Rights as well as its tricolour flag to the State of J&K where all citizens have been recognized as Indian citizens.
